At PSYCHOBOOKS LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable or electronically delivered products are generally final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect file, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photos or other information to verify the issue.

Eligible returns must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.

Refunds

Once an eligible return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for a refund:

  • Digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned outside the applicable return period.
  • Items returned without authorization when prior approval is required.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped or digital products that have already been delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.
